myCATshoes.com offers competitive shipping rates.Shipping charges will be automatically calculated at checkout and will vary depending on the number of items purchased, and where your order is being shipped. Please review the order total before confirming your purchase.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
In most cases, your order will ship the following business day Monday-Friday. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your UPS/USPS tracking number via e-mail. Please allow up to three to five business days for domestic orders to arrive, and up to 25 days for international orders.
Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?
In an effort to get shipments to our customers as quickly as possible, in general your order cannot be canceled or modified. However, please send an email to sales@mycatshoes.com with your request and we will let you know if the shipment can be stopped. Otherwise, please refer to our return/exchange instructions on how to return your order.

What is your exchange/return policy?
myCATshoes.com accepts exchanges and returns within 30 days of online purchase. We can only exchange/return products purchased from myCATshoes.com.myCATshoes.com reserves the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.
How do I exchange myCATS shoes?
Please email sales@mycatshoes.com and let us know what you want to exchange for and we will contact you.We will then process your exchange promptly upon receipt of the shoes being exchanged. You will be notified via e-mail as soon as your replacement item has been shipped.
How do I return myCATS shoes?
To return unworn myCATS shoes for a refund, please email sales@mycatshoes.com stating the problem with the shoes and we will contact you back.myCATS will credit the credit card used for the purchase. We do not reimburse any duty/brokerage charges for international orders. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your billing statement.
What if I was shipped the wrong item(s)?

Sizing
Do myCATS Shoes fit true to size?
Yes, mCATS fit true to size, but please use our shoe sizing chart to be sure you are getting the correct size.
After a few hours of wearing myCATS, they will stretch slightly to conform to your feet. Please try your pair on a carpeted surface to keep them as clean as possible until you know they are the correct size. We do not accept returns or size exchanges on shoes that show wear or use.

myCATS are available in medium width.

myCATS ships online orders currently in the US.

Caring for myCATS
What if myCATS get wet?
Because the sole of the shoe is covered in natural rubber the bottom is protected from water.However, if you notice the jute rope has gotten slightly wet, just place the shoes where they can air dry.However, if you got caught outside in a storm and the entire shoe is wet, it’s best to clean your shoes with a gentle detergent to remove the dirty water and then let them air dry.
How do I clean myCATS?
Hand wash them in cold water with a gentle detergent and let them air dry.They will mold to your feet again after some use.
